Shipping

UTV Windshields & Accessories offers free shipping to any buyer within the Continental United States.
We use Standard Shipping and we use the most economically priced provider!
* Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code and time of acceptance, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you need to return your windshield, you must initiate the return through the original place of purchase. For example, if you purchased the windshield on Amazon, you must follow Amazon’s return process. If purchased directly from our website, you can contact us at utvboy@hotmail.com to start your return.

Eligible returns must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns initiated through our website, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Requirements

  1. The customer is responsible for enclosing all included hardware on product returns.

  2. The customer is responsible for measurements (with supplied pictures from us) on any windshield that requires additional information.

  3. Damage caused by improper handling and abuse is not covered in the warranty.

  4. Please see cleaning instructions on our website and installation instructions that are provided to prolong life of windshield.

  5. We do not accept returns once the protective coating has been removed from the windshield.

  6. TerraRider UTV Windshields and Accessories come with a two year warranty.  The Warranty covers yellowing, discoloring or breaking due to manufacturer defects; it DOES NOT cover scratches or breaking due to misuse, abuse, and not following proper care procedures. Warranty claims after 30 days from purchase require product be returned by customer to us for inspection and verification of how damage occurred. As long as the damage was due to manufactured defect or material defect we will replace the damaged section and pay for return shipment. If it's determined that item was damaged due to misuse, improper securing while towing or abuse; replacing the damaged piece and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and not the company.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Issues & Liability

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided in the order, it is considered in the customer’s possession. We are not responsible for missing packages once tracking shows "delivered."

Optional Signature Requirement

Customers may choose to require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Porch Piracy & Theft

We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery. Customers should monitor tracking and arrange delivery to a secure location if needed.

Claims with Shipping Carriers

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We cannot issue refunds or resolve shipping issues for packages confirmed as delivered.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns due to customer error. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
