Cleaning Instructions and Warranty

Your TerraRider windshield is built from premium polycarbonate for strength and clarity. A little care keeps it looking new for years — and if something goes wrong that shouldn't, we stand behind it.

Cleaning and Care

Polycarbonate is tough, but it scratches when grit is dragged across it. The single most important rule is simple:

• Never wipe a dry or dirty windshield. Trapped dirt and grit will scratch the surface.
• Rinse first. Use clean water to wash away dirt and debris before touching the surface with anything.
• Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth in long, straight swipes rather than circular motions.
• We recommend Novus Plastic Polish for added clarity and protection.

Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners and abrasive cloths or brushes — both damage polycarbonate.

Two-Year Limited Warranty

Every TerraRider UTV windshield includes a two-year limited warranty covering yellowing, discoloring, or breaking due to manufacturer or material defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse
• Damage from not following proper care procedures
• Improper installation
• Damage from improperly securing the UTV while trailering

Making a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims made more than 30 days after purchase must be returned to us for inspection, so we can verify how the damage occurred. If it's determined to be a manufacturing or material defect, TerraRider will replace the affected section and cover return shipping.

If the damage resulted from misuse, abuse, improper securing while towing, or not following proper care procedures, the replacement piece and return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility.
